Following six months in your new position, a 6-month, end-of-orientation review will be conducted by your supervisor. Your performance will be ranked on a scale from 1-5 (3 = expected performance; 4 = role model and 5 = expert). You will be eligible for a salary increase based on your performance score.

In the event of a resignation, a 30-day written notice is required.
