Folding TOC Plugin
This plugin provides the macro%FOLDINGTOC%, an alternative to %TOC% which can be used to create a folding table of contents.

Plugin Preferences
None.Bugs / Caveats
- Leading non-toplevel headers don't display properly
- The implementation of this is mostly ganked from Foswiki::_TOC, which is maintained independently
- It's possible to handle the same arguments a TOC with not much effort, but it's not implemented at present
