Foswiki or TWiki?

Foswiki is a fork of the TWiki software. If you want to know why the fork was created, read this. It was in our best interest to switch because the development community that worked on TWiki moved to Foswiki. Plus we needed to update our software in order to receive future benefits (including the WYSIWYG editor).
