Public Methods

• LoadDistancePanel(TreeView) - Loads the control with the CriteriaManagers, training groups, testing data, and testing groups for the currently selected data.

Private Methods

• ValidateGroups() - Checks the selected training group(s) and testing group(s) to make sure they match up in some way: one-one, one-many, many-one, many-many (with matching names for pairs) and returns the case number.
• DistanceRun(DoubleProgress, DataSet, DataGrouping, Score,CriteriaManager,string) - Takes the progress dialog, the parts required for Distance, and the working directory and checks for Cross-Validation or non-testing.
• DistanceRun(DoubleProgress, DataSet, DataGrouping, Score, CriteriaManager, string, DataSet, DataGrouping) - Takes the progress dialog, the parts required for Distance, the working directory, and the parts required for Distance testing and runs Distance.
• DistanceRun(DoubleProgress, DataSet, DataGrouping, Score, CriteriaManager, string, DataSet,DataGrouping ) - Takes the progress dialog, the parts required for Cross-Validation Distance, the working directory, and the number of Cross-Validation runs and runs Distance.
• DistanceCheck(DoubleProgress, DataSet, DataGrouping, Score, CriteriaManager, string, DataSet, DataGrouping) - Checks for Cross-Validation and makes the decision on which Distance setup function to call.
