Error saving winner lists for cross-validation

Steps to Reproduce

Run cutoff or topN cross-validation distance.

Expected Behavior

Observed Behavior

The first model that has some winner features and some non-winner features from across the K folds will throw an error trying to write the winner list. The feature in question should not be included in the winner list because it does not pass the cross-validation K threshold.
