Cannot write missed column report

Steps to Reproduce

Get the data from Bashar and run the same comparisons.

Expected Behavior

Observed Behavior

Application threw null reference exception when trying to write the missed column report for the testing data.

Analysis

Changing the way datasets were selected and opened for distance resulted in a separate testing dataset not being opened for matched pairs. The report was attempted, but the data was not available.
