Incorrect Double Progress bar

when more than one distance run submitted, the outter progress bar shows "0 of n" or "1 of n ", it doens't show " n-2 of n" or "n-1 of n". ex: when run top100 for 4 groups, it shows 1 of 4, then stops even the rest of runs are done.

It needs to be fixed even it is not a bug.

This has been occuring for some time. Part of the problem comes from using delegates. We should use messages instead so we can also update the progress during individual scores without a reference to a GUI class in non-GUI classes (bad style). -- WillGray
