• Brought up the possibility of sequential monitoring for early stopping of voucher-funded studies with regards to VICTR budget reallocation
• Progress report will be due mid Mar08
• VICTR Budget for next year will need to have personnel cut by $1.1M
• Reported that we have invited Vencent Agboto, new Director of Biometry Core, Meharry, to join our bi-weekly and monthly meetings
• Biostatistics can trigger studios at any point in the review process
