To Do for the October 2006 Report

1. Check why postbaseBiop does not contain subjects 92736, 110972, 111656 (PATHOLOG shows positive pros.can. status for these subjects)- Checked: because they have data inconsistencies.
2. pages 57-58, Figures 26-27 (cmopliance report - histograms in open report): may want to rescale x-axis to improve readability (is this caused by outliers?).(Matt: Mon, 17 Apr 2006 15:54:09)
3. Figure 60 had the wrong denominator; apparently patients not yet biopsied were counted as being cancer-free.
