To Do for the June 2007 Report (see also 08/24/2006 Meeting Notes)

1. To go along with Table 39 of the new closed report (whose title should be fixed to reflect that these are not cardiac events)
2. Add a listing of severe cerebrovascular events that includes time on treatment along with date, event type, treatment.
3. Generate time to study withdrawal plot and the time to treatment discontinuation plot based on the CRF data to ensure consistency/comparability for these two items. (Matt: Thu, 20 Apr 2006 08:41:20)
4. E7:Summary of Biopsy-Detectable Prostate Cancer (Crude Rate Approach), Mantel-Cox P-value (stratified by clusters. The data with clusters will given by Matt (see the following item)), Relative risk reduction, prostate cancer incidence and 95% confidence interval, estimated propability of biopsy-detectable prostate cancer.
5. To impute the missing dates of adverse events. (Matt: Thu, 27 Apr 2006 08:46:42)
6. Correct the accrual report accrual graph: draw the strait line that ends at (x,y), where y is a target number of subjects and x is a target date of end of accrual. ...The target date for end of accrual was end of December 2004 (last subject was actually randomized 10Jan05). (Matt: 28-Sep-2006)
7. Update the accrual function changed by Terri.
8. Add reportInit() created by Thomas.
9. Add automatic markers handling (referencies in latex).
10. Dot plot with times to biopsy in the open and closed reports has to be stratified by biopsy result.
11. Make function listTable() work faster.
12. Introduce population definitions.
