Side Effects of Merging SAE:

  1. Low level term name is missing in CRF data therefore it is substituted by AEVTX variable which will appear in capital letters in the SAE listings.
  2. If a CRF SAE does not have preferred term code and this SAE appears in OCEANS (with non-missing pt code), it will be appear twice in the merged SAEs.
  3. Some events appear more than one time in CRF data, therefore the merged SAE data will have more than one record of such events.
