rreport Package

rreport is an R package that produces statistical reports in LaTeX for clinical trials. It is especially useful for producing interim reports for data monitoring committees (DMCs). The package is a joint project of the Department of Biostatistics at Vanderbilt University and the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at the University of Wisconsin. No documentation or ready-to-install R package are available at present, but the source code is available from CVS. rreport makes extensive use of functions in the Hmisc package.

Installing from CVS

  • Download rreport from CVS enter the following command
    $ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@biostat.mc.vanderbilt.edu:/usr/local/cvs checkout rreport

  • Install rreport as root. In the directory where you checked out the rreport CVS run the following command.
    $ R CMD INSTALL rreport
