Linking datasets that lack common identifiers is a hard problem, and the tools available to do it can be either very expensive or very difficult to use. In collaboration with Vanderbilt Kennedy Center, a project has been in the works for the past year and a half to provide a new tool for this problem: Coupler. Coupler is desktop application designed with the goal of being easy to install and use without the need for a high degree of technical know-how.
