10X single cell RNA sequencing data analysis: from FASTQ to differential expression

Single cell RNA sequencing is a revolutionary technique to characterize inter-cellular transcriptomics heterogeneity. The chromium single cell gene expression solution from 10X has been widely used. In this presentation, I will present the major data analysis procedures used in my collaboration projects, which including gene mapping and counting, quality control, cell type annotation and differential expression analysis.
