Electronic Communications Policy

University policy regarding electronic communications and IT resources are shown below. It is expected that policies be followed by all department members who should exercise good judgment and professionalism in use of Vanderbilt resources which are intended for business purposes. With regard to e-mail communication, please remember that all written communication should be succinct and courteous. Any type of concern requiring discussion should be addressed in person rather than in writing.
