way of nomalization

• ex:
  X is the sum of Uniport
  Y is the sum of Peolab
  R is the ratio of Uniport, R = X/Y
P is the original Peolab value
  new normalized value = P/R

Analysis Requests

1. background:
   1. 3 data sets named BMCC, Peolab, and Uniport. Each data set has 20 columns (H K ... C) of 10 data points (-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,1,2,3,4,5)
   2. for Uniport data set: values are much larger than BMCC and Peolab, in order to normalize them, divided each values by sum of each data points of BMCC (which are 588) for BMCC&Uniport grou, sum of each data points of Peolab (which are 336) for Peolab&Uniport group
2. analysis requests: run "proc freq" with "exact" optin for each data point of both groups
