Jonathan Xu and Huiming Li gave us wonderful talks about the binnging algorithm and calibration.

The main questions remain in Huiming's PSB's curve's statistical meaning and objective method to determine the center and window width. Two nonparametric density estimation methods might be helpful: Kernel Smoothing and Wavelet shrinkage. please see the papers I pasted.

Also, we should look into the mechanism of the calibration as well as study the existing methods.
