Short Term

    1. Develop course evaluations (Red Cap)
    2. Finalize information needed for application committee (Excalibur?)
    3. Need Graduate Student Funding request letter (need by mid January)
    4. Schedule student review meeting in January for graduate faculty
    5. Schedule admissions committee meetings (beginning mid Jan)
    6. Schedule 2nd,3rd admissions committee meetings
    7. Set class schedule for website in calendar (by end of December) (emailed K.Wynns 11/30)
    8. Schedule January meeting of the graduate faculty (we'll need a quorum). Then we'll need to get back to Dean Hoover
    9. Revise elective pages on WIKI under both PhD and MS headings

Long Term

    1. Create faculty web slide show
    2. Discuss and possible set student visit day (discuss in January)
    3. Set up a teaching award in the graduate program (discuss in January).
    4. Brochure (2012)
    5. Set up summer chalk talk session (mid-Spring)
    6. Set Fall courses (mid-spring)
    7. Coordinate Comprehensive exams (end of Spring semester; Exams are first week in June)
