Some of the key functions that will be emphasized are protocol and pilot study proposal review, ethical conduct of research, biostatistics clinics, studios, one on one consultations and data analysis, and web resources. Plans and future directions and what we are doing with the national consortium of CTSA biostatisticians and with the Informatics program will also be discussed, as will some of our challenges.
