LEADER LINKAGE GRID – LDI - VIII: November 30 – December 1, 2006

Name:_____________________ Department:______________________ Supervisor:______________

As we continue our Leadership Development Institute, each leader has a significant role in building our culture of service and operational excellence. To “link” what we have learned over the past day into our everyday business practices VUMC has developed a “linkage” grid. The linkage grid clarifies expectations and provides each leader with a clear, consistent message on what to communicate to staff, and the expectations for the next 90 days. Plan to review your linkage grid on a monthly basis with your supervisor.
