      Enhancer and RNA binding protein (RBP) are two important regulatory elements in transcription and post-transcription stage respectively. To understand the role of these two key regulatory elements, we first need to identify their targets. In this talk, I will discuss how to identify active enhancers & their targets using Nascent RNA Sequencing (PRO/GRO-seq), and how to predict the targets of RBPs by given a candidate RNA sequence and a PWM of a RBP.
