VANDERBILT CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE & RELATED SYSTEMS

On July 1, 2009, a comprehensive conflict of interest (COI) policy went into effect for everyone at Vanderbilt Medical Center. After a development process involving stakeholders from across the Medical Center, the policy was approved last September, and an implementation team was assembled to oversee its rollout. • Our new VU COI policy is effective on July 1, 2009. The following documents were provided in our recent Leader Training Sessions and are available for you to either view or print. Please use these documents to learn more about the changes to the policy. If you have additional questions and comments about the policy, please submit those to coi@vanderbilt.edu. Your question should be answered within 7 (seven) working days.
