  • Emphasize comparisons with best schools
  • Need a recruiting strategy - who are best students and how to recruit them
  • Timeline
    1. Roger and Dean Gabbe review program
    2. 1-2m later: Executive Faculty review
    3. 2m later: Graduate Faculty Council
    4. Board of Delegates e-mail review
    5. Policy Committee of Faculty Senate
    6. Faculty Senate
      • April, Sept. - closed meeting for policy and strategy only
      • October - working meeting
