Introduction to Bayesian methods and
implementation via R/JAGS

Ben Saville, PhD
Berry Consultants

I'll give a brief overview of Bayesian methods for data analysis, contrasting this to traditional frequentist methods. I'll follow this with a hands-on tutorial of how to fit a Bayesian regression model in JAGS via R.

Prior to the workshop, please download JAGS software at <http://mcmc-jags.sourceforge.net/> and the R package rjags.
