  • Manage subaward contracts
  • Work with Contracts Management to secure executed contracts and annual amendments
  • Ensure payment of invoices to subs
  • Ensure collection of invoices from prime institute s

General

• Backup COEUS review/approve
• Supervise AAII responsible for Other Support, biosketches and department database (dbconnect) for managing grant information

Staff Affairs

• Supervise AAII responsible for staff human resources, travel and event planning
• Develop systems and processes for managing HR processes, enhancing/tracking travel and event planning

Fiscal Management and Strategic Planning

• ePAC (P/R) Home Department Executor (104268 & 104267)
• Monthly department fiscal reports
• DOF quarterly APS report
• Develop annual budget (BudgetPro)
• Create and/or develop reports (DMS, BA3, eDOG, etc.)
• Salary equity review and recommendation
• Projects as needed in support of DA/Chair
