Travel Coordination (for guest speakers, faculty and staff travelers)

• Prepare spreadsheet to track travel authorizations/expense reports to ensure no missing reimbursements/reports
• Prepare package for traveler (labeled envelope with TA for return of receipts, waiver for rental car insurance, etc.)

• International travel: Export Control and International Travel questionnaire
• Prepare travel itineraries for visiting speakers (flight, hotel, transportation)

Department Meetings, Seminars, Retreats and Special Courses

• Coordinate Regression Modeling Strategies (RMS) course
• Send seminar speaker meeting itinerary to speaker three days in advance with cc to DA
• Advertise weekly seminars within Vanderbilt and send customized e-mail invite per department chair instruction
• Provide tech support during all-dept meeting
• Prepare all-dept mtg agenda; submit to DA one week in advance
• Arrange research presentation and attach presentation in wiki
• Arrange 2012 Supervisor retreat
• Arrange 2012 Bus-Admin retreat
• Coordinate advertising requests
• Fun committee (Picnic, holiday celebration, etc.) -- CQI

Graphics Coordination
