2011 Vanderbilt Staff Community Survey

IMPORTANT

Survey results will be reported back to Vanderbilt Medical Center as summary data. At no time will any person in the medical center see individual results.

Instructions

Please follow the steps below to access the survey, beginning Monday, October 18th, 2011:
  1. Link to the survey at the following website: http://www.hrsolutionsinc.com/vanderbilt2011
  2. Use your unique access code(Provided by email). Each code can only be used once; if you share your code with another staff member, the results will not be counted; if you don’t receive your code, or have deleted the email, contact Carley Meyers, project manager for HR Solutions, at (312) 863-6106 or carleym@hrsolutionsinc.com and she will give you your code.
  3. Please complete the survey to the best of your ability. There are no right or wrong answer.
  4. How long to complete: The survey has 58 questions and takes about 15 minutes to complete. The 5-point response scale is Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. If you accidentally close your browser, simply return to this email, click the link, enter your Access Code and you will be able to continue from where you left off.
  5. It is hoped that every staff in our department will participate because everyone’s opinion matters!
  6. Survey topics include: (1) Strategy and mission (2) Communication within the organization (3) Overall job satisfaction (4) Pay and benefits (5) Training and development.
  7. Survey Duration: The Vanderbilt Staff Community Survey dates are October 17-31, 2011.
