Clinic lunch food responsibility has been put in the hands of the biostatisticians and faculty. We are asking for all of you to sign yourself up for a week to be responsible for the purchase of food supply for the lunches. Eve Anderson will still be the coordinator and will have a checklist for you to go to the grocery. You will also have to fill out a travel authorization form that will be given to you prior to your week. At that point you will be given a tax exempt sheet that you will present when you make the purchases.

We ask that you pay for the food with your own money and bring WJ the receipt to be reimbursed with petty cash. And keep track of your mileage so you can be reimbursed.
