  • ColeBeck
    • Can you change OpenClinica CRFs (add variables, alter categorical variabes) mid-trial? What happens to existing data?
    • What are OpenClinica's audit capabilities?
    • Can you use OpenClinica for non-patient data?
  • JeremyStephens - research the OpenClinica Java code that reads the CRF excel spreadsheat spec. Does it translate to the spreadsheet to an intermediate format? Is it easy to add new CRF import functionality?
  • CharlesDupont - evaluate VisiTrial's CRF CDISC XML format for adding to OpenClinica

OIO Notes

Here are OIO's features/limitations (at least when it's fully functioning):
  • Can form branch (doesn't work yet on test server)
  • Can handle checkboxes/radio buttons
  • Can handle text boxes
  • Can handle multiple data types (new data types can be created by using regular expressions)
  • Can do hard range checks, but not soft
  • Can export/import data and forms to and from XML/delimited files
