Zoom Operating Procedure

Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing application.

• Vanderbilt University holds a Zoom site license that is available to faculty. See https://www.vanderbilt.edu/brightspace/registering-on-zoom-and-creating-your-account/ for information about using the VU Zoom instance.
• VUMC does not allow the purchase of Zoom subscriptions for non-faculty department members. Microsoft Teams is the approved communication and collaboration solution. See https://www.vumc.org/it/communicate-and-collaborate.
