Departmental Ombudsman

Bill Dupont will act as the Department's ombudsman. He will be available on an informal and confidential basis to listen to concerns and complaints, to give advice, to diplomatically communicate concerns to senior leadership, and to intervene when such actions are appropriate and consistent with departmental policy.
